This specialized, online/LIVE, module offers information to increase your confidence when interacting with the legal system, testifying, and responding to third-party requests to release client information.

CRITERIA TO REGISTER for this specialty ethics module: This module is ONLY OPEN to those who have completed these two DPS ethics trainings within the last five (5) years: Part #1 (writing session notes that are ethical and efficient) and Part #2 (enhancing your consent form and process). This page describes our refund policy if you register for this event and are not eligible to attend. NOTE: To avoid any perceived conflict of interest, students currently enrolled in the University of Lethbridge counsellor education programs and staff/faculty working here are asked not to register for this DPS training.
