OVERVIEW OF SERVICES

 

Clinical Services: Clinical and counselling services (individual, group, and some couples counselling) to youth and adults. Specialization: Trauma (e.g. assault, car accidents, first responders, medical surgeries) and family violence, life stress and transitions, and severe mental health disorders (e.g., OCD, dissociation, borderline PD, self-harm, PTSD, bipolar). Consultation Services: On-call and regular consultation to staff and managers in counselling agencies from around the world (e.g. assist in resolving ethical issues, creating policies, consulting on difficult client cases, and advising on human resource management issues). Supervision Services: Primary and secondary supervision–on a sliding scale–to those seeking registration. For more information, please click on the green heading in this paragraph.

 

Professional Development & Training: PD workshops and presentations–at local, provincial, national, and international levels–to school counsellors, non-profit and for-profit counselling agencies (with a particular interest in helping women’s shelters), and the general public.
