Hello!
Thank you for landing on my page.
Originally from Ontario, I've called Lethbridge home since 2007 and have developed strong ties to the community. I've been dedicated to private practice here since 2016. I also enjoy teaching the next generation of teachers and counsellors by holding instructor appointments at the University of Lethbridge (2007 to 2014) and currently I am with Athabasca University in their counsellor education program.

My
Story
I understand how important it is to have a supportive guide, and as a registered psychologist in Alberta and a Canadian Certified Counsellor with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA), I'm here to walk alongside you every step of the way. My EMDR certification through the EMDR International Association (EMDRIA) allows me to bring a wealth of experience to our sessions.

With specialized training in Attachment Focused-EMDR in the US and Somatic Experiencing (SE) in both the US and Canada, I've seen how effective these approaches can be in addressing PTSD and trauma-related challenges. I'm passionate about exploring the powerful connection between the body and mind to help you overcome traumatic experiences. My background in Transactional Analysis (TA) also enriches our therapeutic journey.

Together with Dawn, I cofacilitate engaging, process-based group therapy sessions. We've shared our insights at conferences worldwide, focusing on expressive arts in groups and assertiveness training, and have published our work to support others in becoming successful group facilitators.
Beyond my professional life, I cherish exploring new places, spending quality time with friends, and cuddling my adorable cats.
Let's embark on this transformative journey together—your path to healing is just a call away, and I am here to support you.
