About the event

RISK & SAFETY ISSUES IN COUNSELLING - CONSENT & DOCUMENTATION ISSUES (SPECIALIZED MODULE). This specialized module is focused on consent and charting issues after a safety risk has been established, or a disclosure of abuse has been received, and a basic safety plan has been created.


A. CRITERIA TO REGISTER: This module is ONLY OPEN to those who have completed these two DPS ethics trainings within the last five (5) years: Part #1 (writing session notes that are ethical and efficient) and Part #2 (enhancing your consent form and process). If you have taken the Front-Line Counselling Ethics this does NOT count towards the requirements for these specialized trainings. That was a one-time event that is currently out of date.
