This specialized, online/LIVE, module offers information to help your increase your confidence when interacting with the legal system, testifying, and responding to third-party requests to release client information.

CRITERIA TO REGISTER for this specialty ethics module: This module is ONLY OPEN to those who have completed these two DPS ethics trainings within the last five (5) years: Part #1 (writing session notes that are ethical and efficient) and Part #2 (enhancing your consent form and process). If you have taken the Front-Line Counselling Ethics, this does NOT count towards the requirements for these specialized trainings. That was a one-time event that is currently out of date.
