THIS SPECIALITY MODULE IS FOCUSED ON CONSENT & DOCUMENTATION ISSUES WHEN RISK IS PRESENT. This specialized module focuses on consent and charting issues after a safety risk has been established, a disclosure of abuse has been received, and a basic safety plan has been created.
A. CRITERIA TO REGISTER - WHAT YOU NEED TO TAKE BEFORE THIS ONE: This module is ONLY OPEN to those who have completed these two DPS ethics trainings within the last five (5) years: Part #1 (writing session notes that are ethical and efficient) and Part #2 (enhancing your consent form and process). If you have taken any private training with Dawn related to charting or consent, it most likely does not qualify, but feel free to check with us.
