Canadian Red Cross

Psychological first aid training courses offered by the Canadian Red Cross. The course teaches people how to help those experiencing loss, grief and stress, and also self-care.

Inner Health Studio

Features coping skills and relaxation resources. Offers relaxation techniques that can help to relax, understand and reduce symptoms of anxiety and stress. 

Crisis and Trauma Resource Institute

Offers culturally sensitive and trauma informed professional development training. Holds a free webinar every month.

Alberta Health Services

Offers online continuing professional development for clinicians and professionals in Alberta. Focuses on current issues in child and adolescent mental health.

Practicing Mindfulness

This site aims to help you learn mindfulness in all aspects of everyday life. Features an e-book about instant mindfulness, and offers a series of mini-courses.

Teachers Pay Teachers

Offers resources, knowledge, and inspiration teachers need to teach at their best. Offers more than 3 million free and paid resources created by educators.

Nationally recognized treatment approach, professional network, and educational resource base, committed to helping people achieve an end to self-injurious behavior.

Mind: A-Z Mental Health

Provides advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. Offers an A-Z list on mental health information and support resources.
